Raquel Welch (1940-2023) was an actress who appeared in The Muppet Showepisode 311.

For the episode of The Muppet Show, Welch opened the show by performing "Baby It's Me" (originally performed/covered by Diana Ross) with a human-sized spider puppet.

She also performed "Confide in Me" with a very nervous, insecure Fozzie Bear, in which she boosted the bear's confidence by calling him "sexsational" -- her final performance with Miss Piggy was "W-O-M-A-N".
