    Shot on location at a resort hotel in Desert Hot Springs, a suburb of Palm Springs, Calif. Originally the series was going to be called Palm Beach and take place at a beachside hotel, but after James Dudelson saw the beautiful hotel in Desert Hot Springs, he made a deal with them to film there and revised the scripts.

    The cast and crew stayed at the hotel during production and worked around the management's schedule.

    Actresses were never required to show full frontal nudity, just breasts and backsides, which James Dudelson said is how they were able to attract better quality actresses.

    They also wore patches over their pubic areas to help them feel more comfortable, and sex and nude scenes were shot on closed sets with minimal crew.

    Producer James Dudelson described this erotic sitcom as Fawlty Towers (1975), but with naked women and sex.
